By accessing or using the NexsysHR platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using NexsysHR on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
NexsysHR grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the platform for your internal HR, payroll, and workforce management purposes, subject to your subscription plan and these terms.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, per active employee. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Annual subscriptions cancelled within 30 days of purchase are eligible for a pro-rated refund.
NexsysHR provides calculated payroll outputs based on the statutory rules and parameters configured in your account. Statutory deduction accuracy depends on correct configuration; it remains the client's responsibility to verify calculated amounts and final submissions to statutory bodies before remittance.
NexsysHR targets 99.9% uptime for Growth and Enterprise plans. Where this target is not met in a given month, eligible customers receive service credits applied to their next billing cycle, per the terms of their agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica for Caribbean-based clients, and the laws of the State of Delaware for United States-based clients.
