NexsysHR collects the information necessary to operate an HR, payroll, and workforce management platform on behalf of our customers: employee records (name, contact details, employment terms, compensation, and statutory identifiers such as TRN, NIS, or SSN), account and authentication data, usage and log data, and content you submit into modules such as performance reviews, IR cases, or learning records.
We use collected data to provide, secure, and improve the platform — including running payroll calculations, generating statutory reports, powering AI features such as HR Copilot and IR case narratives, and providing customer support. We do not use employee data to train AI models without explicit consent. We do not sell data to third parties.
Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Caribbean clients on Growth or Enterprise plans may elect regional data residency to meet local data protection requirements.
