Common questions.

How does flat annual pricing work?
You pay one annual fee based on your tier, which is determined by your employee count at the start of the contract year. That fee covers every module in your tier — no add-ons, no per-module charges. If your headcount grows within the same tier during the year, your price does not change until renewal.
What happens if we grow into the next tier?
At your renewal date, we reassess your headcount and re-quote at the new tier if applicable. We give you 60 days' notice before renewal so there are no surprises. We never cut off access mid-year because you hired more people.
Is pricing the same for US and Caribbean customers?
The tier structure and USD pricing is the same. Caribbean customers may request billing in JMD, TTD, or BBD at equivalent local rates. Contact us for a localised quote. There is no jurisdiction surcharge — operating in Jamaica, Trinidad, and the US on one platform costs the same as operating in one jurisdiction.
What is the implementation fee and why is it separate?
Implementation is scoped and charged separately because it reflects real work — jurisdiction configuration, data migration, training, and onboarding. Starter implementations start at $1,500. Growth starts at $5,000. Enterprise starts at $15,000. Group implementations are scoped individually from $40,000. We never hide implementation costs inside the annual fee and then deliver poor onboarding — you know exactly what you are paying for.
How does payroll work across jurisdictions?
Each jurisdiction's statutory deduction schedule (NIS, NHT, PAYE, Education Tax, FICA, and state-level US taxes) is pre-loaded. Employees are assigned their jurisdiction on setup and NexsysHR applies the correct rules automatically on every payroll run. Switching an employee's jurisdiction updates their deduction profile immediately.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days of full access at the Growth tier, no credit card required. At the end of the trial you choose your plan. If you do not convert, your data is retained for 30 days before deletion.
